Please note that sending your booking request does not constitute a booking confirmation. An advisor will process your request within 30 minutes during our opening hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirmation as booking confirmation. In order to validate your reservation, you must present yourself (in one of our LOUTEC – Corporate branches) 48 hours before the selected date in the case of a delivery (small and large tools) in order to leave a security deposit and confirm your identify. In the case of a pick-up in branch (small tools only), a security deposit will be requested during your visit, the same day. Your reservation will expire one hour past the scheduled pick-up time. You must be 18 years or older. For any emergency or for a reservation request submitted during the weekend, please contact the nearest branch.
