Please note that sending your booking request does not constitute a booking confirmation. An advisor will process your request within 30 minutes during our opening hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirmation as booking confirmation.
In order to validate your reservation, you must present yourself (in one of our LOUTEC – Corporate branches) 24 hours before the date of the pick-up in branch and/or 48 hours before the date selected in the case of a delivery in order to leave a security deposit and confirm your identity. You must be 18 years or older.
